My fath just passed i'm trying to keep up the mortgage and sell. But they wont except payment its been 3 months.
They refuse to give me his account number or my lawyer the account number. And i'm executer of the estate they are ignoring payment so they can forclose. They are a very corupt company and it not clear if jmac lending in charge or if its loandcare or who incharge. They just dodge my phone calls.
You call and ask for a none phone supervisor such as the one running the corporation and they tranfer you to let you think your going talk to someone when after 30 to 40 minutes wait they hang up. Or tranfer you 5 or 6 times then hang up. The us government needs to raid them and shut them down permanently.
If i could rate them a negative 5 star i would. They take advantage of the elderly.

They have been collecting about $200 more every month. Our complaints get no response.

Crooks. Conflicts of interest. No pun intended.
They stall intentionally. All that was requested was delivered immediately.
They let the lock rate date pass by dragging their feet. Then they add over $4000 to extend the lock. This process is a total conflict intended to increase their fees.
They should be investigated by what ever oversight organizations exist. JMAC SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.
Horrible refinance
Still have not received the documents. I have called and been told that the documents are coming to me, over and over. Yet, I have nothing!!
I refinanced with JMAC. They will not honor my request of a copy of the documents signed by their personnel.
There are many problems with the numbers, etc. they sold the loan to Loan Care, but they are really together. Since JMAC will not respond I believe that they are doing something illegal and have something to hide. I am beyond frustrated !Its sad that I gave go get lawyers involved.
I think they are trying to find loopholes to steal people homes. I would rather pay extra $ to another company to get away from them. But I am not going to let them get away with this mess.

Nightmare lender
This is a formal complaint about my experience with JMAC. My loan broker, QA Realty has decided to use JMAC to fund my loan. We initiated the loan process over a month ago. That is FOUR WEEKS!! Loan approved but the funds still have not been transferred to the title company. Using JMAC has cost me several thousand dollars to date as I had to rent back from the buyer of property I had sold to finance this purchase. I could only rent back until 7/10 and now need to move my possessions to storage and stay in hotel for indeterminate amount of time due to JMAC incompetence to close loan in a timely fashion.
Almost every day we have been getting requests from your agent asking for additional statements and letters explaining them. One in particular involved a deposit resulting from sale of my Canadian Mutual Funds. All the documentation was provided weeks ago yet the representative does not comprehend that CDN funds converted to USD yields different dollar value. We explained it several times and provided bank statements and letters. The representative also held up loan approval because the funds from the sale of my property deposited into my account were $10 off HUD statement. Really? Mere $10 I lost additional time going back to Chicago Title Company and asking them to update HUD.
I have purchased 4 properties to date and this is by far the worst loan experience I had.
Thanks to JMAC I will be homeless tomorrow.

The lender will not honor a lock request
I work for a mortgage company. I have a consumer refinance with JMAC lending and attempted to lock the borrowers interest rate yesterday.
I called and spoke to the "pricing department" and told them I was going to lock. I went over the pricing and asked how to lock. I then completed the form and attempted to email it to the pricing department and made a mistake in the email address. When following up this morning I was told that they did not receive it.
I went into my sent mail and showed them that it was an honest mistake. The pricing department remembered my call but would not honor the request.
Interest rates have increased by a half today and the borrower pays the price. Unfair business practice!!!
You are an ***. You make a mistake, wait 24 hours to follow up and the company is to blame? You are what is wrong with America.

I think we will not be getting involved with them.. Hope your situation gets resolved soon, though, you should not have to go through all of this...
