Auto Renewal.

They auto renewed a contract without ever sending notice. It essentially puts you liable for thousands of dollars.

I called to cancel and they said too bad you missed the window to cancel in the rudest way possible.

Central Vacuum Cleaner Review

A very disrespectful tech arrived and proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with my central vacuum that they installed. He left without letting me know he was leaving and then JM accused me of being verbally abusive to the tech and billed me $192.00. Stay as far away from this money grabbing company as you can.

JM Resources- more problems after they left

Hired JM Resources, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA to come in and find reason that house speakers hummed when the plasma monitor was on.

House amplifier was working fine...hum wouldn't have been heard if it wasn't. Tech said he didn't know what the problem was (evidenced by the way he said: "I wish I didn't have to charge you $100 (for the visit), but I have to") and suggested getting a newer surge protector that would cancel "noise". He leaves, and later on in the day we went to turn on the system and the amplifier no longer powers up. That was never the problem in the first place.

Called JM's office and (long story short) they said: "there's no proof that we did anything wrong and we're not responsible and will do nothing to help fix the problem".

Summary: if you want poor service and broken items after their visit, call JM Resources.

If not, stay away from them.

Our seamlessly integrated services have made us the company of choice for the area's most respected builders, architects, engineers, and electricians since 1981.

Specifically, regarding this matter it should be understood that JM was not the original installer of the system or the electronics.

Mr Havel contacted JM because of a humming sound and was quoted our service rates for the visit.

We did diagnose that the "house amp was the cause of the problem" and Mr Havel signed the service ticket as satisfactory. We certainly believe that JM has performed professionally & properly.
