I ordered a box from JLO Beauty and I couldn't stand their products. It actually gave me a red rash all over my face.
I originally ordered the first box and prepaid for it online, but then I canceled because of the rash. I asked for a refund, but they refused because I opened the package. I called and emailed to cancel. Two months later, they sent me another package, which I did not order, with net 30 terms.
After all that, they wouldn't even pay for the shipping so that I could return the UNOPENED PACKAGE. Now, I've received a collection notice from some bogus collection agency.
