Bad Customer service

I had a very bad experience on Sat April 25, 2015 at JL Freed Honda dealership, I was dealing with Salesman Chris Beck for 2 cars and we had a good discussion regarding pricing and a this guy Sean Lipschultz jumped into the conversation with his arrogant attitude and treated us with very badly. We felt discriminated for Racism. We are Indian but if we were white American then I think he wouldn't dare to talk like that. We were planning to spend almost $56,000 with them for two cars obviously we need some time to think and plan ans judge everything. This guy Sean said, " you are wasting our Saturday. " if ALL CUSTOMERS ARE WASTING HIS TIME then what he doing there, what kind of business he is running. We were ready to to hit the deal but his attitude really pissed us off. You cannot deal with customers like this -"ABSOLUTElY NOT ACCEPTED". Its shame for the company, such a arrogant/rude attitude staff, which give bad reputation to the well established 180 yr old company at first I was impressed by the name and reputation of this company but the customer service still need a lot of work. I'm very disappointed. Later we went to Conicelli Honda dealership were we hit our deal with BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAY LOWER PRICE THAN JL freed Honda offered.

Of course you had to throw the racism card in there...

First and most important- you are right. You must walk away when treated poorly.

Bravo to you. Second, not so important: car salesmen treat everyone poorly.

This is not racism, it's just poor business. I hope you are very happy with your new car!
