Criminal used car dealer.
- Purchased April 27; oil leak returned; Vic delayed service 18 days.
- Joe promised a 30-day oil-leak warranty but won't honor it; trade-in lender unpaid.
I purchased a vehicle on April 27th, after the dealership supposedly fixed the oil leak. I asked for a warranty on the oil leak in writing, Joe provided it...
30 days. The day after I drove the vehicle off the lot the Cadillac started leaking oil again and the check gauges light came on. Vic gave me the run around for 18 days, the mechanic is sick, the lift isn't available, Today Joe says he isn't honoring the written warranty or dealing with anything anymore.
To top it off...they never paid the lender on my trade in, so now I have two car loans and no cars. Joe is a scam artist and the reason that used car salesman have the reputation they do.
