Defective Dress

I took delivery of a dress last Thursday but there are no buttons in the cuffs. There should be quite a few small ones. The button loops are there but no buttons. Only response Ive received is an email saying my ticket has been closed.

Undelivered item

I am contacting you on behalf of my elderly mother.We ordered a mother of the bride outfit on 3rd June 2022. We received a message to say it had been delivered however it was not. We have submitted several tickets and received an email to say it had been delivered to the wrong address and it was being looked into. We are still waiting and still have no item. Could we arrange a refund of the product or can we get another one sent out as we have less than 3 months to sort an outfit for a wedding in which it is required

Trying to return a dress.

I ordered a dress for my wife to be worn at our granddaughters wedding on June 4th. It was ordered on May 5th and delivered in May 24th. It did not fit her right and I asked for return authorization on May 31st. Please issue me a return authorization number and a shipping label to return this dress. I had sent this message to the JJhousesevice.com email address and it was rejected.
