I ordered a black cashmere faux fur wrap on 12/03/2018. The company deducted my money from my debit card!! This order was completed and I thought I would be getting my order within 2 weeks!!! I inquired about my order on 12/16/2018?? I was told then, that my order was being processed and made to order as it was coming from China!!!! I was advised to be patient and it would ship out in a couple of days!! Well all my questions and answers were by e-mail only...... Now, the representative told me, to expect my order on 12/22/2018!!! I was very upset as I had to go and purchase another item in place of this wrap!!! They still had my money !!! Well, they stated that if I refused my order when it was delivered that the shipping company would destroy the merchandise! !! So, on 12/23/2018 I wanted thenorder canceled and now they tell me , that they will refund my money!! Minus the shipping charge and in 3 weeks I should see the money refunded to my account!! Now, I believe that they never processed the order period! !! Never again for me ever!!

The JJ’s House FAQ page states that if your measurements align with their size chart, they suggest choosing a standard size. And if your measurements cannot be found in the size chart, they recommend custom size.

According to JJ’s House return policy, the company does not accept any returns on custom dresses. However, JJ’s House will issue a full refund of the cost of all standard size dresses if you are not satisfied with your product.

You may try to contact JJ’s House Customer Service or their top management directly via the Contacts tab on the Pissed Consumer website and provide them with full details regarding your issue. You may also share your experience with other JJ’s House customers via their social media networks to get a faster response from the company.

Mine arrived and omg it was awful bulky and very big the shoes were badly made, I had to rush out and buy a dress and shoes. I returned it all within the 7 days they allow I did receive my money back with postage taken out. I wish I had read reviews off of their site!!

I’m having a similar issue. I got my dress and the color of the top was off and I am really unhappy as the two colors clash.

I contacted them and they said that the variation in color adds interest to the dress and they could offer me a 10% refund or a 10% coupon. I replied saying that I don’t want the dress and I want to send it back for a full refund.

They replied that they only take returns for two reasons and that I could have a 25% refund or a 35% off coupon coupon. I don’t want this ugly dress, and I want my money back!
