I ordered a black cashmere faux fur wrap on 12/03/2018. The company deducted my money from my debit card!! This order was completed and I thought I would be getting my order within 2 weeks!!! I inquired about my order on 12/16/2018?? I was told then, that my order was being processed and made to order as it was coming from China!!!! I was advised to be patient and it would ship out in a couple of days!! Well all my questions and answers were by e-mail only...... Now, the representative told me, to expect my order on 12/22/2018!!! I was very upset as I had to go and purchase another item in place of this wrap!!! They still had my money !!! Well, they stated that if I refused my order when it was delivered that the shipping company would destroy the merchandise! !! So, on 12/23/2018 I wanted thenorder canceled and now they tell me , that they will refund my money!! Minus the shipping charge and in 3 weeks I should see the money refunded to my account!! Now, I believe that they never processed the order period! !! Never again for me ever!!
I Selected 2 dresses online using the drop down size box as I do with every other site. Selected my usual size. I was so excited about my selection that when it took almost 3wks to receive them I EMAIL the company. I received the dresses 2 days later. I am 5ift9in...

The JJ’s House FAQ page states that if your measurements align with their size chart, they suggest choosing a standard size. And if your measurements cannot be found in the size chart, they recommend custom size.

According to JJ’s House return policy, the company does not accept any returns on custom dresses. However, JJ’s House will issue a full refund of the cost of all standard size dresses if you are not satisfied with your product.

You may try to contact JJ’s House Customer Service or their top management directly via the Contacts tab on the Pissed Consumer website and provide them with full details regarding your issue. You may also share your experience with other JJ’s House customers via their social media networks to get a faster response from the company.

JJsHouse review: If it is important dress purchase months maybe a year ahead the 2 to 4 day shipping is just a way they take your money

I ordered a 2 dresses ( going on a cruise). I paid the rush shipping. My order payment has just now be processed. Order is waiting to be fill. So it hasn’t ship. I leave in 4 days and now there is holiday in between. So no dresses.

I have not received my order and then got a message from the pissed consumer.com I have now passed this onto trading standards I have tried to contact you by phone too. I have not had any decent reply so will also be sharing this complaint on my media web sites. I would like o say thankyou for your time on this matter but won't bother as i have not had any. I will also be flagging you as fraud with my bank.
