Received wrong dress.
After having been sent the incorrect dress, I attempted many times to contact they via email and phone. I never had anyone address my issue, and therefore never received my dress. I am just hoping that JJ's House will see this comment and finally contact me.
I have been attempting to contact this company for the extended 15 day return policy, because I received the wrong dress.
I have been passed on during the live chats because the assistants cannot help, and whenever I attempt to call, I am either hung up on or discontinued for the long wait.
It has been passed the 15 days now, and I am fed up with the service. All I wanted was just the correct dress, which seems will never happen now.
I am in the hopes of writing this review to gain their attention so that they can finally help me.
