Worst customer service ever. Low quality clothing. Do not waste your time or money

Despite providing them my wife's exact measurements, the dress was completely out of proportion and massively larger than expected. The sewing quality was also mediocre at best. Where the shoulder pieces meet the body of dress, sewing was rough and haphazard and pieces of fabric stick out. Bought a dress, didn't like the way it looked, initiated return one day after it arrived due to return policy. They refused to allow me to return it stating that just because I didn't like the way it looked on me was not a reason to return it. This is nowhere and their return policy. Now I'm out $200 and I don't have a dress to wear to my daughter's wedding

these guys are very unethical. I purchased a dress from them 1 size bigger then I normally wear but it was about 4 inches too small across the bust. I emailed them for a return address and they began by telling me I was outside of the 7 day return policy but after many emails they agreed to a refund of the dress but not the return postage. I was charged $178 on Paypal but they only refunded $158. So I am out $20 plus the $70 it cost me to return... Read more

I am furious that I now know (didn't know before I ordered) that there is a ZERO return policy for dresses that do not fit? What? Who does this?? I have a disease which requires me to take medications that cause weight gain. I ordered the size I would normally wear and now only 4 weeks later, my dress doesn't fit and I'm trying to return it. Ordered a bridesmaid dress. When I tried it on, I could not get the zipper up more than half way. I tried to get my roommate to help me, and she couldn't get it either. It was not a sizing error, it was a MANUFACTURER error. I abided by their "return policy" which states to contact them within 7 days of receiving the item and provide pictures of the damage. I ordered a dress for my daughter to walk in a wedding from JJ's House. I measured her and ordered the dress size that was specifically for her measurements. I read the return policy and understood that I would get a refund or return if the dress didn't fit correctly. I got my wedding dress from JJ's and I had not one problem. I even waited way too long to order it. They promised I'd have my dress with custom sizing no later then the week of my wedding. It was absolutely gorgeous. The dress fit perfectly and I looked *** good. Read more

I would not use this company at all. I had an issue with the dress I purchased and I contacted the company for a refund well within the time frame they specified in their return policy. The response that I received from the company was that they could not refund the money back but would give a 20% coupon towards another purchase or 10% of the value back.
