Negligence
James Lockamy the owner of JJ and sons installed my bath tub wrong. He neglected to follow the Kohler acrylic tub installation manual.
He did not even do the critical step of checking the levelness of my sub floor. I called the Kohler rep out and they agreed that the bath tub was installed wrong. I have a letter from them as proof. This in fact voided my warranty, causes creaking , will cause the bathtub to crack in time, and the bottom (floor) of tubs pitch is so severe it is a hazard liability waiting to happen.
Showers are suppose to be relaxing my shower is very stressful and scary and loud cracking. People need to run from this company and not give them a second thought. The owner lied under oath in court.
Jim (owner) is owner looking out for himself and not his customers well-being. RUN!!!!
