JINX

I had bought 4 Jinks at Walmart in Eaton Ohio . Each Jinks package had an attached coupon for $1 off now. Walmart would not take any of the 4 coupons.

Two cans were dented in the box of delivery. Really need a phone number to call customer service. Especially to explain problems.

I can not get a hold of a representative by phone. I need to stop the shipment of dog food coming to my home.

I also need to know how to return a second shipment I received but did not open.

My dog does not like the food and will not eat it. I would very much appreciate your help with this matter.

I need help I just purchased this monitor not even a good not working purchase this monitor through Amazon call them around that 30 day and they told me I could not return now I have spent almost $300 for a monitor that is not working and Ive only had four a month

I did not want to be set up for reordering. I just wanted the one order. I wish for my money to be refunded and someone to pick up the order that was sent to me without my permission.

When I stated my issue that I had not received my product that I ordered on 11/17 and I told her that my emails were being ignored. I was told that I needed to fill out a form and gave me a link.

When I clicked on the link, God knows where it sent me because all of a sudden it was a page that came up to enter credit card information!

I was not going to do that at all! I like to know why I was given that link to click on.

Paid for 2 large bags of Jinx dry dog food. After waiting a full eight (8) days to receive dog food, only 1 bag was sent.

Was told 2nd part of my order was on its way to me.

Fast forward to today six (6) days later and no 2nd shipment has been sent nor did Jinx provide a tracking number for this 2nd shipment. Jinx customer support is terrible

Lol I wasnt writing in complaints as a pissed customer I tried calling you ppl but I couldnt get an answer from anyone about Not sending anymore boxes of your jinx treats for my dog until further notice Thanks I have plenty right now to hold her over But I do apologize for sounding as if I was pissed when I was Not!!! Do you ppl have another phone number to call you on If you do please let me know You could send it back to me When you respond Thanks again
