Wrongful termination
I need to speak to the Jimmy's Egg owner. I was an employee there at the one in McAllen, TX, and got fired for no reason. Raul was very rude. Can you please give me a call at 956-562-****?
This is the picture I sent my boyfriend, and he said I was taking pictures of people's information, which is an absolute lie! I understand why he probably thought I took a picture of the information, but I would never think I'd get in trouble for showing a tip. He didn't even warn me or let me know we can't do that; he just let me go, and I showed him the picture that had no information. Even in the message I sent my boyfriend, I'm talking about my tip, not anyone's information! He never let me talk; he just kept accusing me. I was new there, and a fair warning or a heads-up would have been better than firing me. I didn't think it was a crime to take a picture of a tip, and he still let me go with no warning. I have no write-ups.
I will be making a police report because that's false accusations, and accusing me of taking pictures of people's information is not true. I will be suing for wrongful termination; I already made a police report.
I get good reviews. I'm a great waitress, and I would never do such a thing. I deserve my job. I'm a single mom and can't afford to lose it. If you can, please call me or get me my job back. This is not fair at all!

They passed out coupons for moms on Mother's Day, and it expired in less than 2 weeks. I did not realize and asked the manager/regional manager.
He told me they use short times to use because they are free, and they want people to not notice and try to use them. When I told him they were losing a customer, he said, 'So what?' Then there was no way to reach customer support.

Jimmysegg in Tyler, Tx. would not honor an offer/promotion advertised by the company and posted on the app.
It was advertised on the Jimmysegg app that if you brought in your mother to eat on Mother's Day, a coupon would be awarded for her to receive a future complimentary meal of up to $14. When we arrived, we were told that the store would not honor the company offer.

Jimmys Egg on 2225 S. Georgia St.
In Amarillo Texas did not honor my e-gift card that was given to my mother as a gift. I had to pay for our food that day. The manager stated that she would call me on Tuesday, Oct.15.
I never received a call. Im very upset that I had to pay when we had a gift card to use.

I have a $12 birthday entree and they say I can't use it there but you guys sent it to me in my email on the app so I'm not understanding why I can't use it I went to two locations and both of them said I can't use it. I waste my time and my gas I am very very upset why are you guys sending this stuff to people if they can't use it it says that I can use it it says my name it says the number and everything I don't see why I can't use it it's once a year I don't get it it was for my birthday and it says that I have all of this month to use it it's not fair!!
Preferred solution: I would like to use my Free $12 Birthday entree that I have. I have all the information in my email. I'm not understanding!

Yelled at elder lady until we had to say something then when we did asked to leave we weren't even cussing . Caleb brown and this manager was disgusting towards this elder couple and should be ashamed of their selfs

So here’s fair warning you can use the rest of your life. If you’re at ANY job and allowed to keep your phone on your person, you NEVER use it to take pictures of ANYTHING. And you probably had customers that were waiting for something or just to be checked on while you were taking pics and texting.
