Resolved: The nozzle on my purfume bottle is broke
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Dillard's replaced my bottle of purfume.
I went to spray the perfume and the top popped off the round gold ball, and now it will not go back on. I just purchased this at Dillards in January 2025.
Can I take it back to the store? I don't have the box, but I purchased it with my Dillard's credit card.
I never used the perfume and it cost too much for me not to be able to use it. What should I do?

Preferred solution: I would like to use my purfume so can I take it back and get another bottle it still a full bottle I haven’t used it yet.
