Nothing offered by the company I had to file a claim through USPS. Jimmy Bean did not address the problem at all. Contact them but don't wait for them not to respond, file a claim on the shipment if it goes to PR or someplace else besides the intended consumer.
Contacted them twice, and they canceled one of the contacts so they could use Zendesk. NO ANSWER, NO EXPLANATION. Their phone service only allows messages to be left. Likely they get so many complaints per day they cannot handle them.
So much for family run business. I don't have time to wait around for a call back, my time is valuable. JBW has lousy customer service. Still have not received an order placed back on October 16th.
They got their new building and all their "new stuff," but they have become one of the worst online retailers. I will not be purchasing from them anymore, used to use them all the time in the 2000s, but they have gotten much worse.
