We went in for a test drive and the salesman kept my license. He sent me extra thanking me for coming but never let me know he still had my license until I realized it 3 hours later and called him. I don't understand how a salesman could have a customer's license in his possession for that long and not reach out.

Preferred solution: Compensation for totalled car, time, and aggravation. Guarantee my identity is not at risk. I missed a turn on my GPS while talking to EJ to verify he had my license. I turned around to go back to get enroute my car was totalled. So I want a new car!

I bought a 2017 certified Kia Soul with 7,000 miles on Sept 25, 2020. I paid cash for the car.
When I picked the car up, the salesman told me it only had one key. He told me they would order another key and it would be in the next week.Going on 3 months and no key.
I have called the dealer Jim Shorkey Kia 6 times and nothing.
I would like someone to help me get the other key. The dealer is located in North Huntingdon Pa.
