Stay away from this guy as he is the biggest bull *** I have ever seen. He comes off as an expert in the real estate business.
This guy will BS you until the cows come home with stories of insider knowledge of a fraud scheme perpetrated by local developer. He got some friends of ours into a lot of legal trouble by getting them into a bogus lawsuit. He told them that he and his lawyer , Tim McCullough had proof and inside info about this fraud scheme. We did not go into the suit because it sounded so fishy.
And guess what? It was and appears that he and the lawyer totally made up the whole thing.
Now it appears that they will all be holding the bag for all of the costs for the lawsuit for both sides plus possible damages! Stay away from this scammer!

Ugh this man.. total fraud and scammer. He tried to get us in a couple of different lawsuits against Bobby Ginn and another group and it was pure crazy
