Horrible customer service
I have contacted the dealership asking for a refund on warranty items. I have still not heard back
I purchased a 2023 Kia Soul in December 2022. It had a recall on it, I called to shedule service for it and had to wait 3 months to get it in and looked at.
Once I had it serviced, I was charged 100% for the recall. I will never have my vehicle serviced there again and I will never purchase anything from them again.

Preferred solution: Refunded for the price of the recall. And for the price of the 1st oil change that they said they would cover.
