Horrible Experience
I waited to complete this review just to see if the issue would gey resolved and service would improve. Someone hit my car(2018 Malibu-new), I took it to this shop thinking they would repair my car back to it new condition.
Between the Collison shop and service department I feel only Melissa, Bobby, and Jamie tried to help. Work was done in March, I have had so mamy issues with the so called work completed on my car. The entire left side was damaged(over 10,000 worth of work) and I had to point out a cut in my tire, shaking in the tires and wheel, lights going off on dashboard, my car cutting off, car cutting off, replaced lights uneven, window sticking on left side, and banging sound when driving and hitting the brakes. It's now September, I have taking my car back and forth, leaving work earlier to drop it off and pick it up, letting my car sit for weeks on end just to have the issues unresolved.
Most importantly,my car still shakes every time they rotate tires. Today was the last straw, Pat who drove the car after serveral reports and codes displaying said he lied. He said he didn't feel anything when he drove it with me, but he decided to replace the tire anyway(why would you if there was no issue as you claim, oh because it did not fix the issue). Also, today he said he would pay to balance, align, etc..but how do you know what's going on if you fail to look at the service records.
After going back and forth with him, Pat say's did you talk to the other shop manager. Are you kidding, no but I will. As I walked out the door he got smart(lordt- thank you for a steady spirit) I left work for this-to be ping pong back and forth. I ended up talking to Tim-the service manager because Pat said they were discussing my car right now.
Pat doesn't understand he was rude and disrespectful so its was time for me to leave.Okay, I get over there Tim act as if he has no idea what is going on. He attempted to care, but at this point I am over this place. Clearly, my money and service isn't valued here. The stress was not worth continuing, I will take my car to people that value their customers.
After the money invested into my car and paying this place, there is no way I should have dealt with incompetant and rudeness.
Clearly, businesses forget that it's people that make them relevant. Improve your service Jim Keras.

Jim Keras Nissan - Vehicle Review from Brownsville, Tennessee
Jim Keras Nissan Posted A Vehicle Online for a certain price however when I showed up to buy it They said "*** No, we are not selling you that vehicle for that price".
*Clearly A Bait And Switch Operation*
I spoke with the director and even He wouldn't honor it. He instead tried to get me to buy something else that was Much more expensive, telling me it was the "best price on that vehicle within a 200 mile radius". :-/
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY

Beware of Jim Keras Chevy!! They are liars!!!!!!!
Buyers Beware, These People Will Lie and Deceive You
Buyers beware of this dealership. I was told one price and charged another on my invoice!
Good thing I caught it before I signed the agreement. I don't care how friendly they seem. Its all about the money and how much they can get out of you. Search around the internet and look at other reviews of this place, I am not the only one.
And IF you do decide to go with this dealership ask for Maurice, he's the only one that I've found there to be honest.
I will let it be known to stay clear of this place. They take advantage of good, honest people just to make a sale.

Verified Reviewer |I was lied to by sales manager David Barber
I bought a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Jim Keras Nissan in Memphis, Tn. I use to be in the business so when I made the deal with the sales manager he agreed that I would not pay anymore than $400 over dealers cost and that was all they were making on the deal.
That is what I offered and that is what he agreed to. I told him I wanted a certain amount for my trade which was a 2010 Honda Pilot and told him what I would pay for the new car. He agreed and he said it in front of three people. Before I bought the car I also asked the sales manager David Barber if the Nissan held it's value on trade very well.
He said it held excellent trade in value and I would be happy when I traded it in because this car would hold it's value very well. Well, I bought the car. Not too long after I bought the car I started to hear a sort of grinding noise in the transmission, which Nissan calls it a CVT. The service said it was nothing.
It made a loud rumbling at a slow start and slow speed. Then My brother noticed paint peeling off of the back bumper and was told the whole bumper had to be replaced and painted. I was frustrated because of the transmission and paint peeling so I decided to trade the car in and try a 2014 Pathfinder. This time I picked out a loaded one.
David Barber who is the sales manager at Jim Keras Nissan is less than honest because the 2013 Pathfinder that he said would hold it's value didn't and I took a huge loss when I traded it in. I went from about $9000 to equity to putting another $2000 down on the 2014. That was the first dishonest thing to come out of David Barber's mouth. I drove the 2014 for a few months and then the CVT transmission started doing the same thing in the 2014 model as it did in the 2013, only worse.
The representative for Nissan and the service manager at Jim Keras and I drove my car and it was determined that the 2014 had to have the CVT transmission replaced. I got very upset. I left the car with Jim Keras Nissan service department before I left for Florida to have the CVT Transmission replaced with a new one and the car had only 5000 miles on it. I filed a complaint with Nissan National Corporate offices and they decided I had been through enough problems with two of the cars and decided to make a settlement with me.
Now, as agreed with Nissan, I will not discuss or disclose that agreement. After all of this I decided to call a friend of mine with a Nissan Dealership and sent him the paperwork from my 2013 model and he said that David Barber was not honest with me and made a heck of a lot more off of me than he agreed upon. So now David Barber first lies to me about how good my trade in value would be, then lied to me about the deal we shook on in front of my mother and one other person. I have discussed this through e-mails with the general manager of Jim Keras Nissan.
His name is Terry Payne but Terry Payne does not care. As long as the dealership is making millions of dollars, Terry Payne could care less who the sales manager David Barber lies to. They say one thing and do another.
I am going to write blogs non stop all over the Internet until the first page of Google, Yahoo and Bing searches on Nissan in Memphis show Jim Keras Nissan first and what they did to me and how the General Manager does not care that his sales manager lies. I figure I am out between $11,000 and $14,000.

I found a Nissan vehicle advertised on autotrader from Jim keras Nissan in Memphis Tn.
I then printed out all the information including the VIN number and went to purchase the vehicle.
However when I arrived I was told they do indeed have that vehicle in fact here are the keys, but you should really buy this one thats just like it.
I then expressed my interest to purchase the other vehicle because of the price difference.
The salesman asked to see the online price and so I showed him and he said I needed to show it to david barber the sales manager. I went inside at this point and did so. David immidiately dismissed it and said "*** No, I am not selling you that vehicle for that price". Feeling pretty dejected I left and thought That Is Just Plain Wrong.
So I tried to get in touch with terry payne the district manager and was unable to get him to answer his phone. I finaly was able to get in touch with marcus wiggins director of jim keras nissan and was told it was an accident and he could not sell that vehicle for that price because it was new, but if I could pick out a used vehicle he would give me some "Crazy *** Prices on it". I decided to give him a chance and see what he could do. So I picked out a few vehicles and sent the stock numbers as he requested.
He then sent me his "Crazy *** Prices" on those vehicles. one was literaly 1 thousand less than it was already listed for. I am getting ready to start contacting local media and I will be doing my best to create One Huge Storm To Force Them Into Doing Whats Right. I Ask That Everyone Please Go Here And Atleast Just Like My Comment To Support The Truth And Honesty.
You must hit the posts to page button on the page to see my comment https://m.facebook.com/jimkerasnissan They have since changed the prices and added a disclaimer (which from autotrader.com's mouth is a bogus one thats not allowed), however I have all the evidence I need, a few names of employees who will testify that this has happened multiple times, a few other customers that say it has happened to them too, and Autotrader who says they are indeed playing games and they also will be taking action.
