1.0 star rating 9/22/2015 Warning - Jim Coleman Honda (located in Clarksville, Maryuland) has become the equivalent of a dishonest shade tree mechanic. Refusing to provide warranty service, complaints have been filed against Jim Coleman Honda by the State of MD. Attorney General, Howard County Consumer Affairs and Better Business Bureau. Cohan, who lives in his sports memorabilia filled smelly man-cave office, has refused to cooperate with the State and County attempts to mediate the complaints filed against him and Jim Coleman Honda. Long time employees report being treated poorly - causing them to quit. The owner (Allan Cohan) and service manager (Steve Seely) bully and cheat the customer. Stay clear of this group of major rip off operation.
