I had a oil change done July 8th 2022 at 2:00 woke up July 9th 2022 and oil was all over the place in my yard. Also when I got back in my car when the service was done my seat was leaning back all the way. This is not professional at all! My motor is making new noises at that!!!

Dont buy from these crooks

In November 2011,I purchased a new Ram Truck. Before driving it off the lot, I noticed that it had a chipped windshield. After the salesman had a shoddy repair on the truck, he guaranteed the repair. The windshield started cracking and they refused to make the promised repair. I tried to get in touch with them by phone and all I got was a runaround. I finally had to drive an hour and a half to get to the dealership. Don't buy anything from these crooks. Salesman and Sales manager are liars and won't honor their promises. They're all alike. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!!!

Bought truck batt died 4 days dash board lit up like a xmas tree

24,000 dollar truck. battery died 4 DAYS later call to let nissan dealer know and their response " if u had come to us,we would have replaced it"my response was my truck is dead on the side of the road.hello!!!!anyhow no refund on the battery..TRUCK WAS SHAKING AFTER 50 MILES AN HOUR. 13 days later all lights on dashboard came on took it to back kept 3 days said it was a fuse 3DAYS!!!STILL SHAKING. 7 days later all lights came back on AGAIN.STILL SHAKING this time kept it 7 DAYS now it was the" whole fuse box"STILL SHAKING two weeks later same problem. i did not want to take back to them JIM BURKE NISSAN DOWNTOWN BIRMINGHAM ALABAMA. 3 DIFFERENT TIMES NO FIX.complain to manager and main office and got the finger basictly. at this time in one month they have had my truck more time than i had driven it. terrible service non shalant attitude, unbeleiveable........and in the mids of all the problems i still had faith that they would do me right i took my parents to purchase a car there and guess what " my 75YEAR OLD PARENTS WERE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD BATTERY DEAD ONLY 10 DAYS AFTER BUYING THE CAR THERE....UNBEILVEABLE RIGHT. GUESS WHAT SAME RESPONSE NO BATTERY REFUND....AND GUESS AGAIN THE TRUCK LIGHTS CAME BACK ON 2 WEEKS AFTER THAT. SO I FINALLY HAD TO TAKE IT TO A REAL DEALER TO GET IT FIX BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THE EMAIL RESPONSE FROM GUEST SERVICES ABOUT MY COMPLAINT THEY HAD GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND AND HAD BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP AND THAT IS ALL THEY COULD DO. NOTHING......ALL LIGHTS ARE STILL ON ENGINE LIGHT,BRAKE LIGHT,OIL LIGHTS 4WD LIGHT ,4LO LIGHTS ON 90L LIGHTS ON ACCEL PEDAL LIGHT ON...XMAS IN JULY IN MY TRUCK FOR REAL....AND STILL SHAKING.BUYERS BE WARE TAKE A MECHANIC WITH YOU AND DRIVE CAR ON THE FREEWAY IF YOU DECIDED TO BUY ANYTHING FROM JIM BURKE NISSAN IN BIRMINGHAM ALABAMA IF NOT THEY WILL FOR SURE STICK IT TO YOU WITHOUT REMORSE.. THEY NEED TO MEET THEIR QUOTAS AND DONT CARE ABOUT SELLING YOU A CAR THAT DOESN'T WORK... BE WARE ONCE YOU SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE YOU ARE IN TROUBLE. THEY HIDE BEHIND ALABAMA LAW THAT PROTECTS THE DEALERS NOT THE BUYERS. REMEMBER THIS FAMOUS WORDS "WARRANTY AS IS" GOOD LUCK AND AVOID SHOPPING THERE.
