Really POOR customer service. Feels like it's a scam.

I commented that I had still not received my stuff 8 weeks later and their customer service girl on their Facebook page CANCELLED my order after being SUPER rude

To me. Very unprofessional. I would advise anyone not to buy from them. I have gotten things from Hong Kong and China faster than these little outfits.

They continue to change dates on when they are

Doing drawings or shipping times.

I would think a failing company would do anything to make a bad situation right, but I guess not. So sad!

Poor Service

I placed an order on September 25. The items ordered were IN STOCK however, did not ship.

I contacted them about the delay. I was referred to the business guidelines. I read them and responded that the items I ordered where IN STOCK items and as per their website, should have shipped immediately. The items did not ship until a month later, after I requested a refund and a cancellation of purchase.

After SEVEN responses from customer service the order magically shipped a month after order. When it arrived, the most important item was MISSING. I was billed for the item and the item was on the shipping receipt. When I contacted them, they stated a refund would be issued.

JUST SEND ME THE *** DRESS!!!

DO NOT do business with this company. There are others out there that have much better customer service, shipping, and ethics.

If you have 3 plus months to wait for an item then order from here if not I don't recommend it. Even after waiting the 3 months I have an item missing and their customer service had yet to get back with me.

I have messaged 3 times and still waiting on an answer! I will never place an order with this so called company.

Impossible to reach a live person

I returned a necklace that was on sale. never received credit on my Visa so tried to find a number to talk to someone - unsuccessful so I emailed.

I did get a response telling me that you only receive in store "credit" for returned items that were on sale. They would not credit my VISA. I then requested a phone number so that I could talk to a person when I wanted to use my in store credit for purchasing. No response.

Very difficult company to work with. After using my credit of 83.00 (if I can make it happen) I will never never buy from Jill's again.

I had a problem also.bought a coat it was too small, she said ship it back...now she has the coat and won't refund my money..I put it on my Facebook so the word gets out there..please do the same..she needs to be stopped

Never buy from them greasy and nice to get your money then don't give a *** when it hits the fan so to speak. Suzanne who calls herself customer service is a total waste of time and nothing but a liar!

I purchased a CC Skye bracelet which broke a whole hour after I put it on. I emailed her to which she said said post it back first class which cost me 45.00 New Zealand dollars which would be reimbursed well so that lying *** said.

3 months and still nothing waiting for a refund!! Finally got it but not reimbursed the 45.00 for postage costs. I even personally face booked that Suzanne and the ignorant *** still choose to ignore me!

So rot in *** slag u sell cheap nasty *** and I hope lots of people read this cause your nothing but an ignorant liar!

Ripping off folk that live overseas if I ever come to Florida look out I'm coming for ya!

Impossible to reach

I got an email that an item I had ordered would not ship for two to three weeks after I had already been waiting a week so I went online to try to phone or email a cancellation but the email addresses given did not work at all and only when I came to this site did I find a # for them ("please call us before putting in a complaint")!!! When I called the #, a recording told me that the party could not be reached at this time. I see that returns and refunds are not their strong suit so I'm pretty angry at the situation.

I purchased a CC Skye bracelet from them last year. Wore it for a whole hour yes a whole hour and it broke!

I sent it back which I was told they would reimburse me 45.00 in postage costs. I live in New Zealand . Well 2 months on I had to follow this up yes follow this up with numerous emails!

I even personally face booked that woman Suzanne who calls herself a customer service person she's a friggin joke say the least! Finally got the return bracelet but was lied too and never got my return postage fees paid back like she said.

Suzanne is a lying piece of *** and I would never buy from her nasty shop ever again

Jills Boutique Advertised Items not in stock

I contacted the company and placed an order for an item listed as in stock. I also used a promo code they listed on their website.

I immediately emailed them and requested fast delivery at whatever charge they would like, no response. 3 days later after 2 more unanswered emails, I was told the item was not in stock and a new one was being ordered, I would be informed of the status the next day. The next day came and went along with two more days of unanswered emails. I informed them to cancel my order, and ordered the item from a competitor who had plenty in stock, was unaware of any shortage and promptly upgraded my shipping to overnight.

I still have not received confirmation that my order was cancelled. Buyer Beware. The customer service here doesn't exist.

Price was good though, it just would have gotten to me...whenever..... And nothing says "I love you" more than a print out of the receipt and the email promising a gift will ship soon.

My recommendation is STAY FAR AWAY. They list items as in stock.

They post Terms of Ordering which states in stock items ship in 1-3 business days. Their Facebook pages also states please do not e-mail main page, as e-mails gut cluttered and not answered, but rather PM them on FB. When you "in stock" item does not ship in 16 days, and you PM them, they blast you. They claim their shipping policies don't apply to holiday and busy season.

(hello - since when is September a holiday/busy season) and their shipping policy doesn't state that). They also claim pre-orders come before shipping you a in stock item.

In addition, they claim that you (the customer) are in the wrong because the item was on sale and therefore they need not ship in accordance with their stated policy. Rude responses.

The exact same thing happened to me. I went three weeks waiting for the shipment to arrive, and then I finally emailed them asking about the status.

Several days and emails later, I got a response saying that it was not in stock, but they had the same one with a silver charm instead of gold charm in stock. I asked them to send that one instead. Well, I received it today and it is totally different (much more different than just a silver vs gold charm).

I have emailed them asking for a full refund as well as prepaid return shipment label. We'll see how long it takes to get a response....

YOU WILL SEND 4 EMAILS BEFORE GETTING A RESPONSE, AND GOOD LUCK EVER SUCCESSFULLY EXCHANGING AN ITEM! IF YOU CALL THE PHONE NUMBER, IT GOES DIRECTLY TO VOICEMAIL AND THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO IT. I DOUBT THEY EVEN LISTEN TO THEM. THEY LADY WHO FINALLY DOES RESPOND WEEKS LATER IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT.

BOTTOM LINE--DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY FROM JILL'S BOUTIQUE, COCONET CREEK FLORIDA.

YOU WILL HAVE A MESS ON YOUR HANDS. THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BBB.

We have over 25,000 Happy Customers that have placed orders and are repeat customers.

We provide excellent service to our customers. We are not able to verify this was written by a Customer.

All customers receive retun emails and are helped. We do not have a customer service phone number.

I oredered a bracelet and ring for my sister's b-day and unfortunatley both items did not fit her so I end up returning the items.

They are wonderful when you order something from but them but when it comes of refunding your money it will take forever to get reply from their customer service.

There is no live person to contact when you need help to place an order. They can only be reach thru answering machine and email.

I am still waiting for my exchange item to be process after leaving messages 4 days ago.

They are total SCAM! I don't recommend to anybody.

This customer has been helped. She received her exchange. We do not have a customer service phone number only a Voice Mail.

We have over 25,000 very happy people that have placed orders and are repeat customers.

We provide excellent service to our customers.

Their emails have been returned and the exchange processed. Not sure why they would have written this comment.
