Never shop at Jigsaw because returns are impossible!
I could not return a duplicate Jigsaw order despite having an order number and all other requested information.
- Returns are horrendous and unconscionably

I finally found a phone number with an amazingly helpful human at the other end of the phone
- - Jigsaw uses Yodel; parcel lost and under investigation for over a week.
- - Yodel says delivery via letterbox with a photo; Ring shows no one.
Dissatisfied customer re jigsaw using Yodel and losing my parcel and jigsaw taking so long to sort this out. It's been over a week and jigsaw and Yodel are still investigating.
Yodel said my parcel was delivered through my letterbox and they issued a photo showing a man handing a parcel to another man in a lane. My Ring app saw no one and I was home at the time. No one in my village has taken a parcel in.
Yodel now say the parcel is lost but I still haven't been informed by jigsaw. The Bath phone number is the only one that got me through to a human who is now helping to resolve the issue on my behalf.

- Online delivery unable to trust now
