I took my Suburban into the Lacey,Wa Jiffylube for a 4 wheel drive fill up, paid alot for it and now 18 months later getting screwed! My 4 wheel service light came on, drove straight to jiffylube,spent my money on tools and spray only to be told that the guy that did it originally there was no longer employed and that he had stripped out the back pumpkin nut!
They told me to go to the west side location who told me that now that they had ruined the nut I needed to take it to a shop to get it removed by welding another head on to the original bolt! My 4 wheel drive is going to be your responsibility if all the calls I have made to your customer service number are not answered, it has been 5 days since I originally took it in and began calling you, NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK!

Hello I'm Ms. Nelson and I went into the Jiffy Lube store on Terrill Rd in Plainfield NJ on Saturday 11/28/21for a regular oil change.
I've done oil changes at various locations since I've had my vehicle and I never had a problem with oil leakage after an oil change. Miguel was the manager on duty and he claimed I had an oil pan damage. There was no leakage from my vehicle ever, ever in the past. The technicians damaged my oil pan during the oil change and I need to be compensated.
I had a mechanic assessed my vehicle and he concluded that the damage was caused by the oil change.

7/19/21 I took my GMC Sierra pickup in for an oil and transmission fluid change. I requested the same Id always used (Pennzoil Synthetic 10W-30, I thought), which is what Id requested the first time or two (or three) I brought the vehicle in for service at this location many years prior.
I told them to put the factory-recommended transmission fluid in which is Dextron 6. Employee said hed take care of it. Was told after servicing there could be some air in the transmission and to bring it back if more fluid needed to be added. Truck began slipping as I drove it out of the parking lot so I considered it might be air.
I made it back to my business and made it home that evening while the transmission continued to slip and jerk. It was most prevalent when accelerating and stopping. The slipping and jerking grew progressively worse.
7/20/21 I called and asked for the manager; was told he was out and theyd have him call me back. He did not.
7/21/21 I called and asked for the manager; was told he was out and would get back with me.
He did not.
7/24/21 My vehicle completely quit in the middle of a busy thoroughfare and I had to have it towed to a transmission shop.
7/27/21 A transmission shop manager said the transmission was contaminated by something other than transmission fluid, it was destroyed, and it could not be repaired but must be replaced.
7/28/21 I had vehicle towed to my business.
7/29 8/1 I personally removed the filter and replaced it. I removed all the fluid and replaced it two times.
8/9/21 I went to the Jiffy Lube store, the assistant manager met me in the parking lot before I could get to the door and said the manager wasnt there. I began telling him the story and he said, Just wait. He then walked into shop, I saw him talking to another employee who then came out and introduced himself as the manager.
I told him what had transpired, he said, One moment, I need to call someone, and left me standing in the parking lot. I slipped into the office out of the heat, he was at the service desk and said, Were going to refund all of your money for this. Youll get a check in the mail. I told him my transmission wasnt working right and according to a transmission shop, your company contaminated it with something other than transmission fluid and its ruined.
I showed him a picture of the fluid that theyd put into it and he didnt comment. I asked him if all they were going to do was refund the money and he didnt respond.
8/10/21 As per employee, Tyler, they use Pennzoil Synthetic Gold 5W-30, 5W-20, and 0W-20 not the 10W-30 I had originally requested and prefer.
He also stated they stock Dextron 6 transmission fluid.
JIFFY LUBE FAILS
1.The oil filter was not tightened and leaking.
2.I discovered 8/9/21 that the Pennzoil 10W-30 Id requested wasnt used in the many years Id brought the vehicle in for service one of their stocked weights. Id never been asked if I wanted that or told it was being substituted.
3.The old transmission fluid was not removed fully/correctly (if at all).
4.The vehicle requires Dextron 6 transmission fluid, Dextron 3 was on the invoice, and what was used was obviously neither.
5.The transmission was contaminated with what appeared to be motor oil.
6.I was charged for changing the filter in the transmission, but it was untouched.
7.My calls were not returned.
8.The assistant manager lied and said the manager wasnt there.

Preferred solution: I was compensation for two tows, transmission fluid I've added two times, payment to a welder to repair the exhaust, and a new transmission. Not to mention all the time away from work to try to repair the damages myself.

As I said i went to Jiffy Lube in Fort Smith AR 8301 Phoenix ave 72903 to have a noise checked out in my front end they said it was my rear end nothing to do with the front end, ok now i paid the bill 1,350.00 gave the mechanic a 100.00 tip, well now on my return trip to California the rear end locked up on me, yes the mechanic in performance 4 wheel drive located in Bellflower CA ( phone # 562- 925**** ) said the culper bolts on the left rear was not tight two bolts were gone?? replaced bolts with lock tight, also i was to have new spider gears replaced by Jiffy Lube I gave the used parts that Jiffy lube gave me saying that they were replaced BUT the mechanic at performance said the parts looked like new.
