The worst contractor ever hired. Please watch him.
Hired through Thumbtack could not reach him multiple times-just went missing. He claimed their website was a problem, but he got our progress payments through the same source. Everything he says was suspect. He was hired to build an ADU.
The neighbors from across the street were also building a new home and their contractor said Brad didnt know what he was doing and was constantly asking HIM for construction advice. Brad had a couple of workers that would show up for an hour or two and leave-they didnt know what they were doing. When I arrived to inspect the siding Brad was putting on the building, there were huge gaps not precision cutting he quickly pivoted and said there were some short boards and he was trying to use all the sliding and not waste anything. WHAT???
We had a garage full of siding-he just couldnt do precision cutting. There is always an excusegrandma died, mom had to go to the hospital, ThumbTack messaging isnt working, a friend in Mexico needed him you get the picture. The job was to have taken three weeks but he couldnt the job in double that time even with rain delays! The guy didnt understand how and when to call for City inspection.
We had to hire another electrician to re-do Brads work. He blames everyone else for his shortcomings. And one of the worst anger management issues I have ever seen. Screaming, F-bombs, etc.
very scary experience to observe. The text messages were also frightening bit unhinged. There are many other competent contractors.hire them.
Maybe if you need a door installed, or a faucet fixed, he could do handyman work, but construction? Nope.
