Jewish Family & Child Service Of Metropolitan Toronto REFUSED To Help ME! Their Services Have Really Gone Down The Drain From The 1980's Up Until Now!

What A Horrible Change And Turn For The Worst! Back in the 1980's, my family had a problem and this agency DID HELP US! However, just the other day, I sent out a very detailed, lengthy letter to them asking them for HELP because my sister, Lorraine K. has put up a BIG WALL IN BETWEEN US just because several years ago, she helped our mother Restructure Her Will To Give My Sister 75% vs. 25% for ME. When I found this out back in 2014, I hired an attorney to fix it to now be 50/50 and when my sister found out, she STOPPED TALKING TO ME and STOPPED COMMUNICATING WITH ME! For example, about a week and a half ago, our mother was in the hospital for a short stay and Lorraine K., my sister NEVER EVEN CONTACTED ME to let me know that she was at Humber River Regional Hospital and when I found out through a friend of my mothers named Pauline, I did more research and then contacted the Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) and that is how I learned exactly where my mother was staying at. When I finally contacted my mother at the hospital, my sister Lorraine K. was actually there and even heard ME on the phone and of course, she Refused to Talk To Me. I would say the relationship between my sister Lorraine K. and I is at its' Worst! Please NOTE: I basically wanted the Jewish Family & Child Service Of Metropolitan Toronto to Intervene for ME on my behalf and tell my sister to please Communicate with ME and this so-called social worker from the agency wrote me a Horrific Letter informing ME that she can NOT get involved or do anything about it. I am very angry and upset over this because she was Qualified to Intervene and Provide Counseling to ME and my family and it was REFUSED! Enclosed, below, please find a copy of her Negative Response for your personal review on exactly the kind of No Service that this agency was willing to provide to ME. Although I sincerely wish that we could be of assistance, there are no services at this agency that would be helpful for your situation. Unfortunately we are not in a position to be able to reach out to your sister and advise her to communicate with you. If you are ever in Toronto, perhaps you could try to convince your sister to attend some counselling sessions with a trained counsellor who might be able to assist you in opening up the lines of communication. If you have concerns about your mother, or anything to do with her care, you can contact Circle of Care of 416-635-**** and speak with one of their intake social workers. In terms of anything to do with your mother's will, you would need to go through a lawyer if you are having problems with your sister. I wish you all the best with this very difficult situation.
