I ordered a bangle bracelet online as an anniversary gift for my wife. After wearing it for 1 day she realized it was defective with a strand of gold that was wrapped around the bracelet coming loose. I sent 2 e-mails asking about repairing or replacing without a response ( prior to ordering their response was very good ). I filed a claim with AMEX and finally heard from them when they received the charge back from credit card. I ended up returning for credit, but they charged me for shipping. I would stay away from this business and spend my money elsewhere.
