They seek to scam first, if the opportunity presents itself . In my case they took my old set of glasses; popped out the lenses, cut off the arms, and soldered

I ordered Hugo Boss frames for new lenses. What I got was my old frame welded to arms that said Hugo Boss.
They just snipped off the arms and put in new lenses. And charged me $400, unfortunately I didnt notice for a few months.
As of today I posted bad reviews on google and complained to the company but no one has helpful. When you look at the pictures, youll see right below each arm there is a little nub of metal, thats there end of the old arm where they snipped it.
