I placed the order in August and I paid extra for it to be shipped faster today. It's November 14, 2024.
I have not received anything from them yet. This is the worst service ever. I tried to call them on a bunch of different numbers. Nobody answers the phone.
I haven't received any calls from them. If I go to the website, the order is still pending, but they took my money in August and that is not a small amount. It's close to a thousand dollars. I would advise everyone to be careful when placing an order with them.
I've been their customer for years. I don't understand what happened.
