All I want to do is cancel my future orders, but I keep getting the run around when clicking on cancelling. I plan to keep trying until I am successful.

Rip off

I tried the trial offer. Now I keep receiving a new supply, however I wish to cancel. The phone number is false, no shipping slip with any information, and cannot locate phone numbers or correct customer service department. Scam and a rip off, I want this cancelled!!!! Ordered the Jeune Fleur eye serum and skin cream. Product is just average so that is why I discontinued it. Did not know it was that difficult to cancel. This is also very unprofessional and probably not all legal. Even the phone number on my bank statement is incorrect. This makes ordering on line not to be trusted. Had I know this was going to happen I would never have tried it.
