Rip off
I tried the trial offer. Now I keep receiving a new supply, however I wish to cancel. The phone number is false, no shipping slip with any information, and cannot locate phone numbers or correct customer service department. Scam and a rip off, I want this cancelled!!!!
Ordered the Jeune Fleur eye serum and skin cream.
Product is just average so that is why I discontinued it. Did not know it was that difficult to cancel.
This is also very unprofessional and probably not all legal. Even the phone number on my bank statement is incorrect.
This makes ordering on line not to be trusted.
Had I know this was going to happen I would never have tried it.

I saw your offer to try your face cream on web site "TopHatter" and no where did you offer a way for me , or anyone else,to sign any document allowing you to withdraw any money, much less $80 for one small jar of your face cream!
I caught one withdrawal on my card and called your company. I was refunded $60 from the $80 you stole from me but at that time I did not realize you had stolen another $80. I want my $80 back or at least another $60 like you did for the 1st jar .

Need to Cancel recent charges
Please please help ----- I need a telephone number so I can proceed to cancel two items I recently purchased from the Jeune Fleur company since I do not want to order for the future - Jeune Fleur - the serum and Jeune Fleur the cream; please help. Both were ordered on line on June 25 which I thought I was just being charged a handling fee but now I am being charged full amount for both - recent purchases of $88.87 and $89.03 were posted today on July 13 - on my charge account.
I would kindly like a representative from the Jeune Fleur line to contact me by telephone or at my email address. ....disappointed, dismayed and disgusted by trying to resolve this issue.

Cancellation of Product!
On May 17, 2018 I called, as instructed by the purchase agreement, and cancelled any further shipments. May 17, 2018 was the last day of the Trial Membership period and my account was charged $177.90 for the following two products: Jeune Fleur Skin Cream $89.03 Purchase ID: 423BA66BF7 Jeune Fleur Eye Serum $88.87 Purchase ID: 3C04B9CE1F
Both cancellation receipts were dated May 17, 2018 at 12:36 PM. To my knowledge, the day ends at 11:59 PM! When I called I was also given a Cancellation #: 951464-*F24.
Also, how can a consumer try a product when the trial period also includes the shipping time? In my case I did not even receive the items until May 4, 2018.

JEUNE FLEUR IS A SCAM
I ordered the trial product for just the cost of shipping. I received the product and then a week later I was charged 84.00.
I had to to the bank and cancel my credit card and get a new one and I am in the process of trying to get my money back. What a scam!!!! Of course there is no one to talk to about the charge. I am in the process of trying to find someone to help me to get my money reimbursed.
I can't believe that they can do that to consumers.
I don't even want to use the product or care about it. All I want is to find a way to get my money back.

I ordered the trial size of Jeune Fleur product and didn't open the package. I sent it back to your company with a note on the box stating that I wanted my money back and not to send me anymore product.
Low and behold, I received another package today, 6/4/18. I am going to the post office in a half an hour to send this one back. I want all of my money returned to my account!!! I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE PRODUCT SENT TO ME AGAIN!!!

Purchased Sample product for $4.95. A week later my card gets charged $89.05. Thieves!!
jeune fleur face cream is supposed to be some kind of wrinkle cream. So I order a sample for $4.95 and receive the product.
The following week, before I even try the product I get an $89.05 charge on my card. Never ordered anything else and I get this blind charge against my card. These people are little more than thieves. They just do it the modern way.
I hope the people who work at this place sleep well at night knowing they're crooks. You're working extra hard too I see. You scam through Bella Serata as well. After spending some time online I have begun to discover all your fronts.
