THeir customer service reps are rude and they SUCK.
- - The laundry app did not work at the apartments.
- - The rep was rude and customer service was described as poor.
I had to call them because the laundry app would not work here at my apartments and I had already been told, after going through the troubleshooting steps by the app company that repairs were in order. The rep woul not listen, wanted me to go through it all over again, and was rude.
When I had to get loud in order to stop her from giving me her BS response jabber she tried to turn the whole thig back on me like I was rude. The app sucks and SO DOES JETZ the service company.
They deliver TYPICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT YOU GET THESE DAYS. THE RUNAROUND AND RUDE REPS THAT DON'T GIVE A CRAP

Advised short b/f clerk of activity, she ran out to the door and yelled out criminal behavior. She was alone working by herself. I comforted her for a short while. Not sure if she called MPD3, I had other family priorities but hope she is well commended for her proactive approach.
I called JGasS/HalesCorners Office and informed, I couldn't find an actual hotline for JETZ hope all is well V local residence of S68th Main St.

- - A pipe fell from the ceiling during a car wash, denting and scratching my car.
- - They won't fix it and say it's not their fault; insurer won't cover.
i went and used one of there car washes and a pipe feel from the celeing.the pipe that feel dented and scratched the paint all over my car and they will not fix the problem. They say it is not there falt.
This is not right and it needs to be delt with.It has been over 2 months since it has happened they sent the complaint to there insurence company and they r refusing to cover it. they tell me to use my insurence.WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY MONEY WHEN ALL I WANTED WAS A *** CARWASH
