I have attached copy of communications exchanged. Please see the attachment.

How does a business confuse notice change of address details? There was no mention at all requesting to cancel the membership. A week later I am still peeved off. Please note the attachment is all that was communicated via email.

I did call prior to receiving the apology email. The phone call was kept very short . I was not rude but I wanted an answer how the recipient of my email got it all wrong.

The respondent sent a clear message that her apology was all that was deserving now get off the phone. Horrible person.

Preferred solution: This is not the first problem with Jetts & I wish to address this as well in a seperate complaint if I am able please. People need to know how just how poor Jetts customer service is really is.
