We would like to compliment Jetson's Service Department employee Dana for her expert help.
We thought our brand new Whirlpool refrigerator was not cooling down. Dana patiently explained the cooling down process.
Her information turned out to be exactly correct and all is well. Thank you very much Dana for your help!

I have given 2 stars because the purchase was wonderful. The team in Ft Pierce was so helpful, answering all questions and just a great experience.
Not so much for the service department.
The dishwasher had problems almost from the beginning. Chris did come out numerous times and tried to fix it but the issue persisted.
The last time he came out, he was extremely upset and stated that he did not get paid until the dishwasher was repaired. He was very angry and refused to work on it while I watched. I left the room and a few minutes later, he called me into the kitchen and stated it was infested with German Roaches.
As I had never seen a roach, I questioned this but he stated this voided my warranty and there was nothing else that could be done.
I contacted Truly Nolan who came out and did a full inspection of my entire home and provided me with a report that there was no sign of past or current infestations of any kind. I reached out and spoke to a manager (Jessica) at the office who stated that my dishwasher was infested and there was nothing she could do. My warranty was voided.I offered to send the pest control report and she refused.
I then called GE who came out, took the entire dishwasher apart looking for any signs of bugs etc. They stated there was absolutely no bugs in my dishwasher and provided me with photos of the inside.
They were able to fix the dishwasher quickly, it was simply the drain hose had to be adjusted and a connection piece replaced.
This was a simple fix that took the repairman less than 15 minutes to repair. This should not have come to this and I should be giving 5 stars. I am very disappointed in my treatment from both Chris and Jessica. Not to mention the additional money I had to spend on pest control and GE repairs.
I chose Jetson as I really liked their Mission Statement:

Sold us a lemon
Same parts are going bad five times in four years in Bertazzoni speed oven. It was fixed four times under warranty but it broke again.
To repaired wound cost $650 but it will go bad again since they cant give us an answer why is it braking again, apparently these part will brake of the oven is installed wrong, but Jetson installed the appliances, they came out and checked the installation again and its done as it was recommended by the manufacturer. Their different technician cant tell us why these parts are getting bad all the time.

Preferred solution: An answer for the reason we have this issue, if it’s the speed oven being a lemon I would like to have it replaced.
Jetson Will Not Repair the Door Frame They Damaged
On 2/28 Jetson delivered applianes to our home. The delivery person removed our door from the frame. He could not rehang it properly. He stripped the original holes, then tried screwing it back in several times resulting in 6 extra holes at each door hinge. That's 18 holes total. It took 2 people to close the door. they promised the would take care of it,
3/1/2019 2 men came to fix the door. They did not plug the holes. They used plastic inserts in the strpped holes to secure the door. It still did not operate properly, was difficult to open and close.
3/6/19 We called to follow up and were told a permit was being pulled for the repair.
3/111/19 a Contractor appeared at 4 pm at our home w/out notice. I wsn't home, my husband had a medical appointent, no repair took place.
We called 3/11, 3/13 and 3/15 and could not get any addional information.
3/19/19 Someone from Jetson came and adjusted the hunge. He never looked under the hinge to see the holes. The door now opens and closes properly, but still is anchored by plastic sleeves and has 18 extra holes in it.
I have called daily since March 20. Today, 4/3/19 Jason said he recieved an email and Jetson is not willing to do anything further for us.
My door was fine and actually did not need to be removed to make the delivery. All I'm asking is they fix the damage to my satisfaction. I'm concerned if we have a hurricane, my home will be compromised.
