Didn't receive product
ordered a cover, they charged my card and never sent the product. Chat doeasn't help, on hold for 1.5 hours and e-mails go unanswered. This Company is a fraud.Don't buy from them

Verified ReviewerThe jet ski cover we received leaked so we returned it for a full refund however, the company decided to charge us a restocking fee on the defective cover. Contact with them has been horrible.
We received a defective jet ski cover - it leaked - so we returned it and requested a full refund. They however decided to deduct a restocking fee from the amount we paid.
There should not be any fee to us for a defective item. We have spent way too many hours trying to get this properly resolved.
Two to three months later, we are still trying to get this resolved. Not a good company.

I have had a similar experience to others on here.
Ordered a cover from this Jetskicovers.com and they charged my card. A week later still no shipping information.
Called, got the run around.
Email replies don't work, they put me on "hold" with chat and do not come back. Just reported them to my credit card company and asked to cancel the transaction and get my money back.

Was charged for 2 jet ski covers and never received them
Customer service is horrible, after placing order needed to contact them. Can not get through to company, by live chat, phone or email (which came back as undeliverable). No communication, my card was charged an no product.

Steer Away
Ordered cover on 8/23/2019. Waited a couple days and called to get an update.
Keep in mind when you call this company you will sit on hold for 35 minutes minimum before someone answers. I was told she could only open a ticket to find out but would hear back in 24-48 hours. Of course that time passed and I heard NOTHING. Multiple follow ups and individuals telling me I would hear back by end of business.
NEVER happened. Then 2.5 weeks later I get an email telling me the color I chose was out of stock. Does it really take that long to tell me that?!! Chose another color and then the company did not even offer to send expedited delivery.
STAY AWAY! This is unfortunately why small businesses fail.

Steer Away
I purchased a cover three weeks ago. After emailing and calling (keep in mind it takes 35 minutes on average for someone to answer) they email me 3 weeks later saying the color I chose was out of stock.
After multiple calls and promises that were never followed through with they don't even offer to send expedited delivery. Steer away!
Fraud, bait and switch, restocking fee

Do not buy from this website. You know the saying, "you get what you pay for." Well it is even worse then you can ever expect.
My father purchased a cover for a $16,000 Yamaha. The description did not mention nor show zippers. Being that it is "Semi-Custom" fit, and seeing straps in the photo, we were lead to believe it was a stretch cover and straps are used to tie up the slack. Instead zippers are installed in which they would rub directly on the paint while flapping in the wind.
The material is also no even the same as photoed. There is clearly a difference in threading. Instead of getting heavy duty material, you receive a product that looks like it is made out of dollar store backpacks. If you want a return then you pay a 20% restocking fee.
It is a scam company that runs off restocking fees and people who do not want to deal with the return process. I am fighting it with my credit card.

I purchased a waverunner cover that was supposed to fit my Yamaha Waverunner - by year/ make and model. The fit was not even close.
I called and they said return it and we'll send another - REALLY - they would send me another of the same and it would also not fit ? I asked for a refund and they said sure but we will charge a 20% restocking fee. When I complained they responded with this - " Semi custom covers can generally run inches to a foot too short or too long" give me a break !!! Had that info.
been posted in their advertising I would never have ordered from that company. They seem to be in an alternative universe.
To confuse things even more the responses I got were from various company names - then they told me they were really all the same folks so beware ! I might also mention the cover had weird zippers (that did nothing) and was generally very poor quality - don't be fooled by the 10 year warranty as I'm sure they would just keep shipping you the same JUNK !!
