Charged Extra then committed

I booked tickets with a company http://jetsettersavings.com. I was shocked to see three different charges on my credit card statement, the totals were $400 more than what was agreed at the time of booking.

Please be aware of this company. When I saw the statement I decided to cancel my ticket and get my money back. I rang this company and spoke to the representative and asked him that I wanted a refund because of the extra charge, he said he will have someone from the admin department to look into the matter and call me back. I did not receive any call from them and when I called back they hangup on me for about 5 time and after making several phone calls I was put through to the manager.

Now they want to charge me $75 on one ticket as their service fees.

I dont know what sort of a company is this. I hope I get my money back.

We never had such a call or ever charged a customers credit card since we deal with paypal. If you have a legitimate complaint please respond.
