Hi, I received a recording, and it told me to leave a PIN ID, which I don't have. I am the spouse of the wife who ordered the items, and I paid for them.
I would like to return it because she ordered two items and only likes one.
My spouse is hospitalized at this time, so I may have a shipping label or an update on returning this item for a refund. Thanks.

Verified Reviewer |Issue fountain pen
The little round rubber component that holds the cap on in place theres one on the top and one on the bottom of the twisby fountain pen has for whatever reason come off. I was having a hard time understanding why the lid would not stay on, but I realized the bottom rubber band piece piece is still there, but the top one is not.
I believe that it mustve been loose from the start and would like to see if I could get a new one sent so I can use the pen properly, as its very uncomfortable to hold this way.

Unless your order is perfect and doesnt require any sort of assistance at all, youre going to have serious issues. Guaranteed.
This is my third order in two years and they still dont know what theyre doing. This must be an internet based business run out of someone's home. This is a joke. There is no service.
For anything. You cant reach anyone as they make it impossible. Go somewhere else. There are far better options.
They appear to have a good selection but its usually out of stock somehow. They cancel orders and dont tell you. They also dont follow their own privacy policy so next stop is FTC.
THESE PEOPLE ARE BAD AT THEIR JOB. They dont deserve to stay in business.

Wanted to change ink color on refill cartridges for fountain pen. Not available and they quickly cancelled my order at my reqyest. Highly recommend Jet Pens.

I ordered some items from an online company, Jetpens.com, using my debit card. They sent me a confirmation order number.
Everything's cool, right? Wrong. The next day, they sent me an email saying that for security purposes I need to send them a 4-digit number on my debit card's online statement or else they will not send my merchandise. What number are they talking about?
Where do I find this number? I called Jetpens, but they were closed. I called my bank who issued my debit card, and they checked but don't have a clue about any 4-digit number. In fact, they have never heard of such a request before!
Every online company I've done business with over these many years simply processes your card and sends your stuff. Jetpens, if you're listening, why are you making your customers (the ones who keep your business doors open) jump through these hoops like trained seals?
Stop with the time-consuming, annoying hassles. Stop with the nonsense.

As I mentioned on my last review I ordered some items from Jetpens and they emailed back my confirmation number. Then the next day they sent another email saying NOPE we ain't sending you nothing until you send us a 4-digit verification code.
WTF, right? By the time I figured out what they were talking about and sent the verification code ( I sent two emails and two voicemails) Jetpens says they will cancel my order tomorrow and send me a refund. And no one at Jetpens has responded to my communications so far.
And good luck with calling their phone number and actually talking to a human being. You'd have better luck trying to steal our nations nuclear launch codes.
