Today I withdraw money from 1xbet app thrue the jetin app . After I installed app and get all Mony in jetin app .

I think by mistake I press wrong password in app . That's why app can't see me . However if you can deposit my Mony back it's very good. I'm in Bahrain in 3 month.

So I decided to try jeton to move some money online because it was so "quick and easy" and even said the word "instant"...Not a complete lie, but the only thing that's instant is that you can deposit money. So I have 300 dollars deposited, which I realize is not much, but I can't send or withdrawal the money and can't even, now get this, send it back to the same account that it originally came from!!!

This is a disgusting way to treat customers. The moment you want to send or withdrawal you need a verification which is the usual photo ID stuff on most platforms (I'm on my 3rd day waiting). I sent the photo which was for some reason rejected. Contacted customer support who then approved the photo and said my info was sent to another department for final verification which "may take a few hours".

After contacting them another couple times after that, still no solution. Just be patient and wait for an email they say.

Wtf is going on? It's been 3 DAYS man with money held up.
