Endless problems

I have been trying to buy on my Jet account twice for the month (4 November 2020 as well as mid November) and every time the computer throws out a error stating my details not updated on new system but my details haven't changed in past 5 years and I did NOT receive any communication regarding my details ... Jet Ladybrand phoned head office 6 times on 4th of November 2020 but everytime they couldn't get through then on Sunday 8th November 2020 Jet Ficksburg also tried to phone without success. On 15 November I took copy of ID and teller at my local Jet tried to update and rectify problem after going through multiple question he said he thinks it is sorted I must give it 24 hours.. To my disappointment I went to Edgars Loch Logan BFN to get something urgent and again my card was declined the person at teller told me my card is no longer accepted.. What the *** I am so tired of always having trouble with the Edcon group. I have emailed the accounts department 5 times in the last month without any response. T. I vd Walt

User's recommendation: Don't get a EDCON ACCOUNT.
