I never received my order and she never sent me my money back
I reached out to her on numerous occasions for what I ordered and never received anything but false hope.

Takes your money
Never received my order. She asked me to dm and then she said she would send my tracking number which I never received. She also deletes comments under her posts so people wont see she is scamming and taking people money.

Bad Customer Service & Follow Through
After numerous reach outs, there has been no response. My post on the company's social media have even been deleted by the company. So they are getting the messages but choosing not to resolve.
I ordered weightloss guides and only received 1. I have followed up numerous times and my messages have mostly been ignored. I would not recommend ordering from this company because if there is an issue, you may not receive a resolution.

Order never received
I placed my order 12/27, and still today nothing!!! Ive reached out on IG several times, gone to the website with no response.
I will never order from her business again. I cant even get an acknowledgment that my complaint has been received. Ridiculous! I cant place a dispute because the shipping label is made but NOT shipped.
I am pissed. My $55 I could have kept

Never Received Item
I placed my order 10/28/22 on Nov 2 I got an email with my USPS tracking number but as of today 11/15 the package has not been received by the post office. I have sent an email on November 4th and November 7th and never got a response.
I sent a text on November 9th and was told "your order shipped yesterday, picked up today and will arrive in 2 days", which made no sense. On November 10th I text and asked for the tracking number no response.
I text November 12th after she responded to my comment on her IG page and asked me to text her and she claimed "your order was shipped, we can reship this order on Monday and to verify my address" I did what she asked. On November 14th I text and asked if my order was shipped and have not heard anything else and still no package.
