TERRIBLE SERVICE
Don't buy from the Jersey Usa br store! They have terrible service and don't meet the delivery deadline.
They do not serve the customer with respect. I purchased a shirt kit from them on 03/28/24, number {{Redacted}} worth $260 and they gave me 20 business days for delivery. After 11 days I asked for a status on my delivery and received poor service as they treated me with arrogance and sarcasm. Yesterday, after the 21st business day, I sent a message, during their business hours, asking for the product tracking code and they didn't respond to me.
Today 04/27/24 I sent a message asking again for the tracking code and they responded badly again. Anyway, I paid for the product, I'm not having a good purchase because I haven't received the product yet and I'm afraid of having been deceived by this company JERSEY USA BR.
I would really like to receive the product I paid for. Jonathan Abreu

I bought a product and it was never delivered
I bought a team jersey with the number Invoice# JUB000101886
and they haven't delivered for two months. Always the same excuses and they will deliver next week.
This past week they no longer respond to messages and continue to sell products to countless customers (especially Brazilians) here in the United States.
This has to stop!!! The police are already being called because many people report the same scam.

It seems they are scammers. Don't deliver the product and only bs the consumer
The shop contacted me and politely (this time) explained what’s going on and how they are trying to resolve.I agreed to wait until a certain date.I’ll keep you all posted
I contacted them multiple times and they basically almost never respond. When they respond they are evasive and never come back with real information.
I asked a refund and they simply ignored.
Still no information and I regret as *** to have bought with them.
I am filling a complain at the better business bureau and also with the Attorney General of my State, simply because I believe - based on also other feedbacks here - that they are scammers and not a serious business
UPDATE: the shop contacted me and explained politely where the problem currently is. I agreed to wait for until a certain date so they can ship my purchase.

They does not deliver the products
The company does not deliver the product and do not answer phone calls. After two months of trying to get a refund, they blocked me from all social media. Scammers.

Still no item!!!
I’ve finally received some information from them.
I placed an order with this company on December 9th. I ordered a jersey as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend.
I decided to order from them because I couldnt find this jersey in the correct size anywhere. Before ordering, I made sure to contact the company and ask them a few questions. They told me that the item would take 7-15 business days for it to be delivered so I agreed and made the purchase. I paid $90 for this jersey.
Time went on and I still hadnt received any information on my purchase so I decided to contact them. They said they didnt have the tracking number yet but that the order was on its way. More time went by and still nothing! I contacted them again asking if it would get there before or after Christmas and they said only after Christmas and that they still didnt have the tracking number.
Now its been 1 month since my order and still no sign of the item!!! I contacted them again, just to be ignored.
I havent received a response yet. I dont recommend anyone try to purchase from this site!

I have not received my item and I dont think I will. They dont answer my emails and message but it was quick to communicate when received payment.

Not receiving the product
Exactly three months ago I made a purchase of three shirts and I haven't received anything until today, they claim problems at the post office, a company with no professionalism. Please no waste your money.

Do not ever purchase from this company, its a total scam. Customer service is awful, they do not know how to communicate properly and they are sarcastic when questioned why its taking so long for the product to arrive. Its a scam and dont fall for it, youll pay and the product will never be delivered.

Dude, they solved my problem because they had a delay with the supplier and that doesn't mean they are scammers and they said they sent your order so it's good people here on the site will be honest, because the site will no longer have credibility I have several friends who buy from them years and they never went without receiving them and I can guarantee that they are not a scam, as I received no products even with delays and other friends too
I bought from them and it was also late but everything arrived ok and they even sent 2 super gifts, they are very attentive and if any customer didn't receive it they can contact us, as all orders count as delivered
When you purchase any product and do not receive it, you have the right to receive your money back. It was the least that could be done.
In my case, it's been more than 70 days. They just had to return the money...
but they keep asking other people to respond to complaints here. We all know that your answer that you received 2 super gifts is not convincing.
