My father opened a account for my 17 year old daughter back in 2012 she hasn't gone since 2015 mean while there taking 21 dollars out its 2024 only reason I found out my father is 80 on fix income he got sick i was going through his bank statements...I called fall river workout world they gave me a bunch of *** .. gave me a email I have to summit for cancelation...can take up to 40 to 60 days and going to take the 21 out!!! how is this legal or right?

Canceled membership and still paying fee
Have been emailing requests as well as phone calls to cancel my membership as well as my fiancé. This has NOT happened, and am continually getting charged.
So far it has been almost 180$ taken from my account, and no one seems to be able to figure out how to CANCEL my account. I keep getting the runaround rather than any answers. I would like my account CANCELED, and my 3 months refunded. You can look back at messages from Wsally1966@***.com...
we have been requesting this for a very long time, and uphauled of the very poor customer service.

Resolved: Not as they tell you
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I called my cc company and put in a dispute. They issued me a credit as I have not heard a word from the gym.
Paid a heap of money for a trainer. Had 2 sessions and three cancellations.
Excuses were very inventive, had food poisoning, blew out his knee, and then there was covid. Had insufficient weights, I asked front desk person because there was no Jersey strong person on the floor.
His response blew me away, they keep disappearing and more are on order. Then to cancel membership you have to navigate through a maze of idiot people.

Unauthorized Fees after location close
WOW in my city (Peabody,MA) went out of business during covid 2-3 years ago. They have been charging my account since then.
I didnt realize it until last week they deducted $49.99 from my account.
I want a full refund for all the fees taken out of my account since the closing of that location. This is extremely upsetting and I have yet to hear back from them.

Tv policy is biased because fox channel is shown once out of 15.
Both Jersey strong local reps said that only corporate is authorized to change channels. This is nonsense

Christina in canton ma won't do her job
She has failed to return a faulty charge of 59 dollars. Its been six weeks, she outright does not care.
She doesnt return calls. When she is in she just says oh ya Ive been out for a while.worst customer service I have ever been a part of.
She has admitted it was incorrect, this is the second time I have had to deal with her. She outright cant do her job.

hello good morning, on 07/30/2021, I went to the gym to pay my late bills that they called to pay, I went there and said to cancel my card because I would move out of town, they said yes, but months later they called me again that I had more bills to pay, otherwise it would damage my credit, I wanted your help, please.

Totally bogus $39.99 charge on my credit card for a club in RI. I live in NH. I bet they got my credit card when Boston Sports Club went out of business.
