No Customer Service can’t talk to anybody

NPurchased a solar system theres no one to talk to. USPS doesnt know where the package is.

They want to me to pay money to check it out. Im not gonna pay you money not gonna happen.

Just wanna know where is the package if not you need to replace it and send me a new one.
