Extremely rude and only want to push Financing

Worst customer service every. Trying to buy a car and all they want is push us to Finance the car when we have a loan from Credit union. Sales manager treated my wife like she was a child. Never buy from them.

Worst customer service

I had a worst experience ever at Jerry’s toyota. They gave me one price and ran my credit and everything and then when i went to pick up the car after confirming insurance, they increased the price. They said if i want to buy a car for that price then interest rate will be high. The sales person as well as the manager said they never discussed interest rate with me before which was a lie. But lets just say if we didn’t discussed interest rate then why would you run my credit and tell me to get insurance for a particular car with the VIN number without giving me the actual price of a car? I would rather pay $500 more and buy a car with someone who has better customer service. Oh and i heard them calling a customer with rude nick name. - so unprofessional

Door catch issue .Dealer miss ordered part 1st visit (on 12/26/15 ).I was told part delivered was for rear door which it does not have . Received shabby treatment by rep because I didn't know rep who was assigned to me (she just so happened to be off that day).Between 12/30/15 and 1/4/16 I left 4 voicemails with rep and did not receive call back . After last attempt asked to speak to manager but none present however I would receive call back the next day . DID NOT HAPPEN !!! Dealer failed to order screws on 2nd visit(on 1/19/16) . I was asked to come out to reception area where they informed me of this. Probably afraid I would create a scene .While I was there I had a tire repaired upon which I was told no charge because they didn't receive my permission ( I find that very difficult to believe .Just trying to smooth things over after 2 screw ups ). On 2/3/16 I called dealer for status of screws and after being on hold for nearly 5 min and checking with 3 people I was told no one seemed to have any knowledge of them but I would receive call back . DID NOT HAPPEN !!! I have wasted over 3 hrs. at dealership. I called corporate headquarters on 2/3/16 and was told dealer has 48 hrs to contact me Still Waiting . On 2nd call to corporate I was told dealer has until close of business today (2/5/16) if not I should call corporate again tomorrow . So to sum it all up JERRY 'S TOYOTA SUCKS

False Badging

I purchased a TRD Sienna, badged as such, certified, but come to find out no such vehicle exists. I am not a car guy, but i own a tacoma, and I am familiar with the trd badge. I assumed a certified vehicle would be as badged, not. They played it off as just a sticker. Not their fault. The first sales person laughed at me. Chad, the floor manager was rude and basically told me Tough ***. I have council, and will I am currently trying to get the local news to cover this, as fake badging is a good story. I seriously would tell people to avoid Jerry's Toyota. Not a good experience.

Was contacted as a VIP- wasn't treated like one

I am a previous customer- wasn't happy the first time but went back because I was contacted by the dealership for a VIP appointment and I was looking to trade in and upgrade my Tacoma. When I arrived, I was not treated as what i would consider to be a VIP, To keep this review simple- this is what happened. My salesperson kept disappearing in the middle of our sale with no explanation to the point that I was there for over 3 hours. I knew exactly what I wanted so this should not have taken so long. After much discussion, we agreed on a trade in value for my current vehicle but would not give the military (as a veteran) or customer loyalty (repeat customer) incentives unless I financed through them. In the end I said I would agree on $18000 and I would buy the truck on the spot..after crunching numbers this was beyond fair but they would only do $19000- for $1000 they allowed me to walk away. By the way- I left after the person I was dealing with disappeared AGAIN. I do not consider this VIP treatment. The salesman was like "its only $1000" EXACTLY. They called ME. I didn't call them. The whole experience was awful and I know I can get the deal elsewhere. They have my number-obviously- they can all me when they have more time to deal with me as a customer. Until then- I will search elsewhere.

Never recommend anyone about Jerry’s Toyota!

Never recommend anyone to visit Jerry’s Toyota even if you’re just planning to buy a certified car. I purchased a certified Toyota Camry XLE (2012) from Jerry’s Toyota Belair Rd. I went their place based on a call from their internet sales specialist. It was already 6:30 PM that evening, so they were in so much of hurry to complete the deal on finance and interest rate. Even I didn’t get a chance to bargain on the car price. The bad part is they never mentioned about 6 years of financing tenure but when I was signing the agreement, I noticed that fact. I didn’t have insurance so I started setting up online insurance that time, just after 5 minutes of time they came to me and said “we’ll give you free insurance for one month of time”. Why? Because they need to close as it’s already late. I agreed. Once everything done and I’m about to leave their place with the car, the sales rep guy came and said it seems they have only one key of the car the another one is still with the old owner, they are working on it. He promised that once get the key, he’ll call me and handover the key ASAP. Note, he could have told me this before signing the agreement and all but when he did, it’s all over! I left the place with the hope that I’ll get my 2nd key very soon. After a week I called the Sales Rep then he told me, no luck on it anyways we already gave you one month of free insurance which is $300. I said who asked you to do that? Am I? After that I called so many times to the Manager of the certified used car division but I never heard any positive from them instead “we gave you $300 insurance for free..” Even I called the finance manager who promised me to solve this issue before signing the agreement second time due to some mistake happened first time in the paper work. He is now saying it’s not his part; he already conveyed this message to the manager. Question, then why you said you already ordered the key for me? I never imagine a big dealer can run like this way then there is no sense to go to the certified dealer. I put over 20K which is close to a new car price with higher interest rate (14%) and after all these they said it comes with one key only. I didn’t bargain the price too. They are saying they gave me free insurance for a month. Who asked them to do that? I can take it my own, I never asked them. Why not they told me about the missing of 2nd key before signing the agreement? Even there is a problem in the front bumper and a small scratch in a door, I informed the sales rep, he said “you maybe hit the ice and it happened in that way…” how funny!!!! Enough, now slowly I digested that the fact like big dealer with name of Toyota also doing the same as small roadside used car sealers but the good part is the small sealers are at least dealing with honesty! So I will never recommend anyone about Jerry’s Toyota!

Did not provide good customer relation

Was very unhappy with the way the service manager Jamie Gray from Jerrys Toyota on Belair Rd., Baltimore, Md. handled the service repair that was only suppose to take a day or two and ended up taking over a week. At this time I still do not have my car. Did not return any of my calls until I went to a higher authority and even than he was rude and threatened to say toyota would not provide half the amount of the cost toward the repair if I was that unsatisfied. At this time I do not even have my car back to know if I am satisfied with the work or not. It was the way Jamie handled the whole situation. There was a message left on my cell one time to let me know my car was not ready. It was than I tried several times to contact Jamie to see what the problem was and let me know something. He never returned any of my calls. I than called the morning they told me the car would be done. Again left a message on Jamie's voice mail and no returned call. I than called and asked to talk to someone who could give me an update, I was put on hold for 20 min. and finally hung up and called back and talked to Jamie's assistant who assured me she would have Jamie call me. Still no call and that is when I called the general manager Dave Baginski who immediately went to Jamie and it was then he called me. There was no sincere apology, just trying to explain the situation with the rims and got a little rude. As I stated, I just wanted to know why he could not return any of my calls. I felt like at this point something might have happened to my car and he was stalling for time. I just think it would have taken a simple return of my calls to keep me informed instead I felt like he was trying to avoid the talking to me and made me very uneasy about my car.
