purchased new vehicle from jerry ulm, the hands down worst experience i've ever had purchasing! they tried to sneak in extended warranty and when i caught it the finance guy tried to play it off I asked them to remove it so they did, but what I didn't realize at time is they canceled my gap insurance with company i financed through also. spiteful arrogant person.

Screwed over by Jerry Ulm Dodge Tampa Fl
I'm not going to give a long drawn out review... You make the call yourself. I live in Indiana and was on vacation in Florida. The starter went out . Took my Dodge to the nearest Dodge dealer. ( Jerry Ulm Dodge Chrysler Jeep) They charged me $706.71 to replace my starter with a rebuilt starter! I checked with my local Dodge dealer to inquire what it would cost to replace my starter in Indiana. Rebuilt so it was apples to apples. $225 out the door! Called Dodge customer care line. They informed me that all that they could do was to document it!!! Really !! I'll bet that really concerns the dealer. I have driven Dodge all my adult life. Guess what i won't buy for my next vehicle.
