I have tried to contact the company. The man on the phone was very disrespectful towards me and I was just trying to get a dangerous driver off the road
I tried to call the local customer service number and was met with a very rude individual
There was a wreck along a major highway in SC last night and this driver license plate 626ADB decided to quickly and dangerously cut us off almost causing another accident. I had my child in the car and he kept pushing us almost off the road.

Hydraulic ram issue
- Wheel lift ram pushes in when backing up to tow.

My wheel lift in and out ram is pushing in when backing up to a vehicle and towing it. I have had the ram repacked and inspected 2 times there is no issues with the ram.
I have also switched valve body around and the problem is still existing. Is there a lock or pressure valve that is part of this system
