we bought one of their most expensive recliners and purchased the extended care. I called because the stitching is already coming apart after just 2 weeks big surprise that's not covered. so now Jerome's is sending someone out, I told her I don't want the chair if it can do this in just 2 weeks, too bad they are sending someone out to repair it. what a joke 599.00 and it starts falling apart in 10 days what a joke! Bought a dining table which gets easily smudges and water rings and can not be removed. This was in the one year time frame. Jeromes does not back up their products and told me to call Guardian which is the protection plan I purchased. After speaking to a very rude customer service rep at Guardian they passed me back to Jeromes and still they refuse to back up their product. Six months after my first call still no results. DO NOT COME HERE TO PURCHASE ANY ITEMS. We purchased a couch and love seat in September of last year (2016). I made a complaint of how uncomfortable the products are, that was in October. The customer representative stated to give it a few months and "they will soften." Here we are almost five months in and it still is terrible. I unhappy with the service purchase a sofa recliner and it doesn't support my back i having back problem from the sofa and recliners so i ask for and exchange and told them that it wasn't good for my back and offer to pay restocking fee's and they told me no that they could accommodate me because its was for comfort but i explain that i have Back Problems and just wanted to exchange didnt want any money back just to exchange and find something... 36 hours later. Still no delivery. Paid for same day delivery and it's 11:28pm the next day with no furniture. The manager said there's nothing he can do about it. DO NOT ORDER FROM JEROME'S.

100% FAILED, RECALLED Matress- their brand! I have a spinal fusion and now needd 2 surgeries.... I count on my mattress to be GREAT- so they claim- Admitted faulty product! I could have a small amount back...TOWARDS ANOTHER MATTRESS! WHAT!!! Like I would like to try that again knowing the pain and suffering from the last mattress. Over the holiday season I purchased the couch that was supposed to be a Christmas gift. This item five days later. I spent five days of my holiday trying to figure out the situation. We purchased a sofa on January 1st cash with our credit card, and purchased a extended warranty as well. Two days later we noticed that the cushions were collapsing in the middle. I was convinced to buy a Guardsman elite protection plan by the salesperson and Jerome's. I had a recliner frame bend and filed a claim with Guardsman. It's taken 2.5 months so far and was told by Guardsman today that it would take another 2 months. I have an unusable and eyesore of a couch sitting in my house that will be that way for 6 months total if I wait. Guardsman says it's Jerome's fault, Jerome's blames Guardsman. Neither company is... I will never purchase furniture from this store again! I purchased furniture at 9am on Sunday with the expectation that they would deliver on the same day! This turned out to be completely false advertising on their part ... my order was finally processed at 3pm after following up with two customer care representatives ...
