Rude employee at Tallahassee store

Worst ice cream ever
Email emailed you no response I been eating Jeremiah's ice cream least 10 years. I always had a great experience this time.

I've worked at Jeremiah's Ice of East Naples, Florida, for 2 years. The first year and a half was amazing, until March of this year.
The new owner treated me so unfairly, she took the sides of other coworkers instead of actually listening to me. My hours were cut back because she felt like it was in the employees' best interests. The store is being run by teenagers; there is no manager or any type of adult supervision. I often get sick after working due to the filthy conditions of the store.
If you guys can find a replacement owner for Jeremiah's of East Naples, Florida, that would be amazing. The cameras don't get checked, and 5-star service doesn't get used, it's just awful.

Lack of customer communication

I ordered from this place expecting to receive my order I did not. Ive received something thats pure vanilla .
I ordered an orange smash with vanilla and instead of letting the ubereats driver to contact me for a different flavor they decided to give me a large full on vanilla ice cream! And the lack of communication they wrote on my receipt we dont have

Complaint - No Lemon Ice
- Email sent months ago; no reply.
- Is there a Jeremiah's Customer Service department?
- Naples, FL hasn't had Lemon Italian Ice for 2.5 months.
No response from Jeremiah's and they still don't have Lemon.
I sent an email a couple of months ago and never received a response. I thought I would try again to see if Jeremiah's Ice actually has a Customer Service department.
I love Italian Ice.
The grocery store ices suck.
I found Jeremiah's to be close to the Ices I used to get in New Jersey as a kid.
Except for one thing - my local Jeremiah's in Naples Florida has not been able to serve "Lemon" Italian Ice in at least 2 and a half months. And I can't get an answer as to why or when it will be back on the menu.
Can anyone at Jeremiah's answer this question?

User's recommendation: If you like Lemon Ice. don't bother stopping at Jeremiah's. They don't have it and don't bother to complain that they don't have it because they just don't care. I guess they are rolling in anxious buyers. Oh yeah - when you call their customer service, all you get are ads for becoming a francisee. There are no humans to talk to.

I was amazed and pleased when speaking with corporate she was so kind and thought offering a sweet treat for my Little guy. More than satisfied such a sweet gesture on her part

Corporate office and or HR needs to pull their heads out of their ***.. you have issues at your local stores with 'Mgrs', supervisors etc.
allowing girls to bully, use their phones, and talk like thugs in front of customers. Yeah you have great icecream, but your company is so lacking on training, policies and procedures. SO sad. Not only that..
mgr is the worst.. she wants to be everyone's friend and does not supervise or reprimand.
If you want to work here.. be prepared to be confused, belittled and bullied by girls who are allowed to talk trash about each other.

I went to jeremiahs Italian ice in Waterford lakes in Orlando, fl. of course its run by college trash and mostly college trash hangs out there...when it was my turn a female took my order--she was nice.
then out of nowhere this tall ugly lanky *** came and asked for my payment....for no reason she just took over the transaction when it wasn't even her turn....she was really RUDE and aggressive and snatched my credit card out of my hands rudely--she did it because im attractive and she's jealous and a catty *** then, she rudely said "THIS CARD ISNT WORKING" and was kind of confrontational about it as if I was trying to scam someone...I went and got cash and this evil nasty *** then grabbed the money from me angrily and SHOVED my food at me...she treated me with disrespect and was abusive....what kind of animal is this *** that she just mistreats pretty women b/c she is tall and pathetic?
they need to fire this *** and tell her to stop invading other people's transactions....I hope someone spits on this nasty evil *** from ***...Orlando is full of awful shameless evil mean rude trash like this...there are few decent people in this *** city just rude aggressive sick people like this skinny ugly *** also where does this arrogant piece of *** get off thinking she can treat people this badly? she is a terrible person...get this skank out of customer service...and away from the public she is an arrogant angry classless mannerless *** that needs to be slapped across her ugly jealous face...

Of course you wanted to slap her across her face and she is the one with anger issues. Well if you did slap her across the face you would be charged, but since you are so attractive maybe you can bribe the arresting officer with sex to let you off the hook.
