Niner Jet 9 Carbon Review

I purchaced i bike from jenson corona store, i returned the very next day since the bike was having problems. They informed methat the rear hub was bad and would need to be replaced. Every time i go to the store they say they are too busy to take it in, but they dont take appoitments for service 6 months later and still waiting.

I wento to Jenson's Website Jensonusa.com to order a 9 speed rear derailleur for my mountain bike, very easy web site to navigate also has a search engine to make your search easier. I went ahead and used to find the part I was looking for, a few days later the part that came in was incompatible because it was made for a 10 speed bike. When I called Jenson they refuse to pay the shipping to send the part back or investigate whether or not they were in the wrong, They just flat out refuse to take any responsibility for their search engine or website. It's not fair that after I spend over $130 on parts, I was talked to like I was trying to get something for free. Sure I may be naive when it comes to bike parts, but I feel that if you have a search engine for guidance and when it does not work you should be responsible. I'm was just trying to exchange the part for one that works, all they had to do was pay for the return shipping. But that's ok I went back to my history on chrome where it clearly shows the part coming up as a 9 speed, and I have report them to Google since god knows why they happen to be one of their trusted stores.

Refunds denied

I live in Brazil and I travelled to Portugal on march. I bought a merchandise from Jenson USA to be delivered in Lisbon. UPS, the company responsible for the delivery, would be able to deliver the order only the day after I left to Brazil. The order was sent back to Jenson USA. It was not my fault, I was in Lisbon on the date they guaranteed the order would be delivered. I only bought because I had that guarantee, otherwise I would not buy. They refuse to refund me. Jenson USA - beware of them

I had a serious problem with Jenson USA. I live in Brazil and I travelled To Europe. Since I flied with TAP my flight had to make a connection in Lisbon. I decided to pass one night in Lisbon. I made a purchase with Jenson to be delivered in the hotel. There was the assurance that the request would be there when I arrived. But it was not. I called UPS who informed me that I could only access the package the day after of my departure. UPS told me the only solution would be the return to Jenson. The total of my purchase was $ 186.00, of which $ 31.00 was for shipping. I requested reimbursement that was denied. Jenson argues that the costs to get back the package was over $ 200.00. This is impossible. To go to Portugal costs $ 31.00 and get back $ 200.00. Jenson can not prove the expenses. In summary Jenson is with my money and someone with my components.
