I ordered a tractor seat after calling their sales, to see if it was OEM and or would fit my tractor make and model. I was Assured it would but for any reason, I could return it.

What was sent to me was no where close, I called, and their rude staff demanded I send pictures to prove it couldn't be drilled or forced to work. I submitted pictures and the employee agreed, it wasn't going to work, and they should reimburse me shipping, to return it, but she would have to check. No dice, return shipping was all on me, they claimed they don't make money off FedEx, and I should have forced it to fit by drilling and making it work. I didn't even get 100 percent refund on the purchase price, they claimed the shipping was on me when they shipped it to me as well as returning it.

I asked, why there was no mounting or instalation instructions or pictures to show where to drill, because thats a liability issue, They stated it doesnt matter, in short, I ordered a part based off what was told to me, it wasn't gonna work, I proved it, they were deceptive, and not honest through the whole ordeal, rude and loud on the phone, they have been placed on our Do not use list, permanently. Buyer Beware
