The worse experience in my life in Lacanada location the staff are very rude and not loving their job they’re doing they are so discourag
The staff on in this location Are only 2 people Both are discouraging and I feel they dont like their jobs. They dont treat customers right. Im very unhappy with this location I will go back to my Glendale location its far from my house but Id rather drive over there.

I paid for a lifetime membership many years ago and it has been taken away without my knowing it was done. This is causing me to pay everything in full. Now what? I became a lifetime member back in 1993 and decided to return. The customer service was horrible. The food is over-priced and not as good as before (mostly potatoes, pasta and cheese sauce. I offered to return the food for refund, but was denied.
User's recommendation: Weight Watchers/not worth the money.
