Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was not really happy with the amount.
I really think they should’ve given me back the whole delivery charge but they only gave me back $100 big deal.
It’s gonna cost me that to clean the couch and I did not want to go to the process of delivering a new sofa and Miami to move everything Again and hire somebody because I cannot lift anything heavy. It would cost me double
I called from another phone, and then she answered, but my delivery was delayed by hours. When my merchandise was delivered, it was all dirty. I have photos and I want the delivery fee to be reversed, or I want new furniture. This was unacceptable.
What happened, and the way my merchandise was delivered was not WHITE GLOVE by any means. They came in with disgusting, dirty shoes, sweaty and rushed, and they kept leaving my door open.
I persistently told them I had cats and to please shut the door, but it was a disaster. Most of all, the dirt all over my couch, including the pillows, was unacceptable.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Recievied a call from the vp of customer relations that apologized and offered a refund or expedited delivery.
When I placed an order for a $3,000 sofa, they said that it was estimated to be here within a two-week time frame. Now they're saying it's potentially another five weeks for delivery. I asked for a refund, considering that I have not received the item and they were not truthful about when it would be delivered upon ordering. If I would have known that it was over five weeks to be delivered, then I would have never ordered from Jennifer online.
Now they are saying that I owe 30% of the entire purchase plus the delivery fee just for trying to cancel the order which has not been delivered and has not yet been shipped. This is the most unethical type of practice that a business could employ, and I urge you to reconsider where you are making your purchases from when you are purchasing furniture.

I ordered furniture in September that I was told that the items were in stock and then it would come in November then in February
Since I didnt hear anything I called and was told they still have no information if and when items would be delivered

My bedroom furniture was delivered March 27, 2021. We would not accept delivery of the nightstand and the dresser.
They were both damaged. The second delivery, the dresser was damaged and looked like it had been repaired. I did not accept delivery. I've called the corporate office and a woman by the name of Victoria said she would try to have delivery expedited.
She has not returned 3 calls. I am one pissed off customer. I am looking for the number of the corp office and it hangs up on you.

What furniture from Jennifer Convertible is Starz live I have never got my furniture and I paid in full I want a refund for my money I bought furniture from Jennifer Convertible in Scarsdale New York they closed the store and they never gave me my furniture nor did they give me my refund which I paid in full I am trying to get my money back please respond back to me

The store closed down when covid-19 hit no one never told me to come pick up my furniture I have $2,900 worth of furniture that they did not deliver I owe 2000 more and I can't get in contact with no one or their stores are so called individually owned one don't have nothing to do with the other that's what they telling me so now I have to go to small claims court

What was the purpose of a warranty if my furniture would not be service. It was just a waste of money. I feel like I just gave money away.
As for the leather, it doesnt seem like real leather at all.
Preferred solution: To replace my furniture as it turn out to be of very poor quality and doesn’t seem to be real leather.

JFW20699 This is my order number. I received it yesterday and one of my pillows do not match the other pillows.
I have emailed Jennifers over the last month numerous times and got zero response from them.
