Ride attendant ruined childrens day

We were on the pirate ride at the boardwalk with the ride attendant named MANA and she was very very rude when our card wasnt working properly and then didnt check to see that my childrens seatbelts were fastened. She also didnt let us know that the children would be riding backwards and my daughter felt ill for the rest of the day.

When we said to ourselves I wish we knew they would be riding backwards she loudly asserted herself that we do not have common sense to see that its a boat and should have assumed which way the ride would be moving and moved the children ourselves.

She literally ruined our entire day because my daughter didnt feel well after riding backwards and we were so upset for being talked to like that at a childrens amusement park. We have been coming to Jenks for years, spend a ton of money on the board way all day and will never return because of the way Mana treated us and ruined our day.

She told us if we had a problem we should speak to management so thats who we are hoping to reach out to to share that she was just awful.
